• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase.
